The campus will be home to 10 data centres totalling 3.7m ft2. Construction on the campus has begun, with the first building scheduled for delivery in the second half of 2026.

In June, Vantage signed for a US$5.75bn revolving credit facility and closed US$2.25bn of debt financing to fund the development of a data centre campus in New Albany, Ohio, LPC reported. The RCF increased Vantage’s US$3bn borrowing base revolver that supports the development of data centres and land acquisitions in North America. Wells Fargo led the revolver, along with joint bookrunners TD Securities, Truist and Scotiabank. The development loan was led by MUFG and Societe Generale.
