Indonesia's Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources (MEMR) have separately issued a new regulation, Reg 5/2025, concerning guidelines for power purchase agreements from renewable energy sources.
The regulation was promulgated on March 4 2025 as a strategic step to support the national clean energy target more effectively and sustainably, MEMR said in a statement.
