Ying is an energy and infrastructure lawyer with over 13 years’ experience across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
She has extensive experience advising sponsors, export credit agencies and lenders on a range of transactions (including financings, development and M&A) in the power sector, with a particular focus on offshore wind and other renewable energy assets.

Ying has advised on all of the offshore wind projects in Taiwan that have been project financed or are currently in the market.

Seung Soo had been based in Singapore for 10 years covering power and energy projects in Asia and in Hong Kong for 4 years covering energy and infrastructure projects in Asia and ECAs/MDBs. Seung Soo recently financed Project Yunlin in Taiwan – 640MW offshore wind project – in May 2019.

Jørgen Kragh

Jørgen Kragh has worked at EKF – Denmark’s Export Credit Agency – for more than 15 years, focusing on project finance and offshore wind farms around the world.

Prior to joining EKF, Jørgen worked in the danish banking sector. He has a Master’s degree in Economics from University of Aalborg.

He has 16+ years of banking experience in KDB, including 8+ years of project finance advisory and lending experience, specialized in Power and Energy sector. He was also on secondment to the Korean government to tackle money laundering and terrorist financing.

Quentin

Quentin Slight

Quentin has been based in Hong Kong for the last 6 years where he heads up Credit Agricole CIB’s Energy & Infrastructure franchise in Asia.

Prior to this, Quentin was a Director for over 10 years in the Power & Utilities EMEA team in Paris Head office following previous postings with the Bank in the Gulf and in South Africa.

Quentin has been responsible forspearheading the team’s leading role in the development of the Asain OSW sector.
