Marconi Express – A people mover for Bologna

Bologna’s People Mover, or Marconi Express, is a fully automated monorail shuttle that will link Bologna’s Guglielmo Marconi Airport to the city’s main railway station – Bologna Centrale. The new shuttle has secured private PPP funding and will considerably improve the accessibility of Bologna’s airport, currently a key infrastructure hub connecting the wider city region economy to over 100 worldwide destinations.
