Scatec seeks solar PF
Norway's Scatec is leading a 65:35 joint venture with Turkish developer Defic in raising project financing for a 189.7MW solar portfolio in Romania worth €135m.
The portfolio comprises the 61.9MW Sadova scheme in Dolj county and the 127.8MW Dobrun project in Olt county. The EBRD is looking at providing a €40m loan to back the portfolio.
