IEP keeps deal traffic flowing

The Portuguese state road agency Instituto das Estradas de Portugal (IEP) will receive this week bids on its latest real toll road project to be offered to the market, the jumbo Douro Litoral scheme. Bidders and their bankers are already awaiting evaluation on its previously-offered Grande Lisboa project, and another two real toll schemes are now waiting in the wings to come to tender by year-end.
