ib vogt secures solar loan
Ib vogt has secured a Ps4.49bn (US$80m) bilateral loan facility from HSBC to finance the development of its 99MW Tantangan solar power project in South Cotabato, Mindanao, Philippines.
Construction has started in Q1 this year for the project which is the company’s second solar project in Mindanao. Commissioning is targeted for Q2 2026, the company said in a statement. The power plant will generate over 150GWh of clean electricity annually and reduce over 66,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions per year.
