BAFOs for Algarve Litoral are in and there is word that the Iridium/Dragados/Edifer consortium, advised by Societe Generale, has prevailed with a negative NPV of €28.4m. Cintra came second with minus €10.1m, FCC/Soares da Costa/Ramalho Rosa, advised by Banco BPI, came third with minus €8.5m and Mota-Engil/Opway/Monte Adriano, advised by BES, came fourth with minus €10.1m. The €150m project involves the rehabilitation of 273km of motorway under a 30-year concession.
