Maleic mandate mastered
A joint venture between Huntsman Corporation and Sasol is believed to have signed a 10-year €80m non-recourse financing with WestLB for a maleic anhydride manufacturing plant in Moers. The project company already owns an operational 60mt plant at the same site, reducing the risk for the lender.
