RADIUS BAYU IRAWAN
Division Head of Stratetgic Business & Direct Investment, PT. TASPEN (PERSO)
Radius Bayu Irawan has more than 16 years of experience combined in strategic management consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, financial advisory, M&A and fund sourcing. He has worked closely with the insurance, infrastructure, telecommunications, multimedia, airlines, hotel, information technology, financial, manufacturing and energy sectors. He has been at Taspen for more than two years, leading a number of strategic transactions. Before this he held positions at TelkomMetra, Skha Consulting and Danareksa Sekuritas.

ARMAND HERMAWAN
CEO, Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF)
Armand Hermawan has served as president director of the Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund since November 2017. He was previously director of finance and risk management, a role he took up in 2010. He spent his professional life in Indonesia’s major telecommunications company Indosat, most recently as senior vice president and chief of the group controlling office. During his tenure at Indosat he lead M&A transactions and other corporate actions, including IPO and Islamic bond issuance.

RAHIM KHAWAJA
First Vice President Project Finance Group, Asia, SMBC
Rahim Khawaja has more than 15 years of experience across debt capital markets, equity capital markets and corporate finance advisory, with a focus on the power, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. He focuses on the origination, structuring and execution of project finance and structured finance transactions. Prior to joining SMBC in 2017, Rahim spent nine years at Deutsche Bank in Singapore.

KIYOSHI NISHIMURA
CEO, Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF)
Kiyoshi Nishimura has led this multilateral guarantee facility since it was established in November 2010 by ASEAN+3 countries and ADB to support development of local currency bond markets in the region. He has extensive experience in development banking and international finance and held senior positions at various multilateral and bilateral institutions, such as ERBD, JBIC, Export-Import Bank of Japan and the International Monetary Fund before joining CGIF.

HAROLD TJIPTADJAJA
Chief Investment Officer, Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF)
Harold Tjiptadjaja joined IIF in 2011 as managing director and CIO. Leading the team of more than 20 investment professionals, he currently manages IIF’s loan and equity portfolio, with assets under management of more than US$1bn, across sectors including water, telecommunications, toll roads, seaports and airports. He is involved in many new infrastructure financing initiatives, including the Asset Recycling Program and Komodo Bonds.

THOMAS K. TAN
Finance Director, Astra Infra
Thomas Tan is the CFO and head of the finance and legal teams of Astra Infra, the 100% owned infrastructure business of PT Astra International. Today, Astra Infra is Indonesia’s largest private sector toll road investor-operator, with interests in six toll roads. It has made recent investments in the port and water sectors. Prior to joining Astra Infra in 2015, he served as the finance director of Tunas Ridean and of Jardine Aviation Services Group in Hong Kong.

RAY TAY
Senior Credit Officer, Moody’s Investor Service
Ray Tay is senior credit officer in Moody’s public, project and infrastructure finance group, based in Singapore. He covers project finance, transport, utilities and other infrastructure credits in Southeast Asia and India, as well as sub-sovereign issuers in Southeast Asia. Before joining Moody’s in 2012 he was a director with the global infrastructure and projects group at KPMG, advising public and private sector clients on a variety of infrastructure projects in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
