KIYOSHI NISHIMURA
CEO, Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF)
Kiyoshi Nishimura has led this multilateral guarantee facility since it was established in November 2010 by ASEAN+3 countries and ADB to support development of local currency bond markets in the region. He has extensive experience in development banking and international finance and held senior positions at various multilateral and bilateral institutions, such as ERBD, JBIC, Export-Import Bank of Japan and the International Monetary Fund before joining CGIF.

HAROLD TJIPTADJAJA
Chief Investment Officer, Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF)
Harold Tjiptadjaja joined IIF in 2011 as managing director and CIO. Leading the team of more than 20 investment professionals, he currently manages IIF’s loan and equity portfolio, with assets under management of more than US$1bn, across sectors including water, telecommunications, toll roads, seaports and airports. He is involved in many new infrastructure financing initiatives, including the Asset Recycling Program and Komodo Bonds.

EMMANUEL ARNOULD
Executive Director, SMBC NIKKO Capital Markets
Emmanuel Arnould is focused on originating, structuring and executing project bonds transactions in the EMEA and APAC (ex-Japan) regions. He joined SMBC Nikko in May 2014, before which he spent 10 years in New York with Credit Agricole Securities’ DCM securitisation team. His primary focus was on originating, structuring and executing project and energy related financing in the the capital markets, as well as ECA (Ex-Im, ECGD) backed capital market offerings. Before that he worked for Crédit Agricole CIB in Tokyo.

TERRY FANOUS
Managing Director, Moody’s Investor Service
Terry Fanous has over 25 years of experience in credit ratings and bank credit risk management, and assumed his current position in February 2015. Based in Singapore, he leads Moody’s public, project and infrastructure finance business in Asia Pacific, covering transport infrastructure, regulated utilities, power and social infrastructure. He oversees ratings teams in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Australia and Japan.

Partner, Allen & Overy
Amit Singh is an international capital markets partner in A&O’s Hong Kong office, advising on a broad range of capital market transactions across Asia Pacific. He has extensive experience of advising issuers and underwriters on capital raising and general corporate, having advised on some of the most significant and high-profile transactions in Asia Pacific. His experience includes project, sovereign, investment grade and high yield, Masala, green, convertible and exchangeable bonds, as well as bank regulatory capital securities, liability management and other complex debt and equity capital markets transactions.

HENDRA SOETJIPTO TAN
President Director, Star Energy Geothermal Holdings
As president director of Star Energy Geothermal Salak - Darajat and CFO of Star Energy Geothermal Wayang Windu, Hendra Soetjipto Tan is responsible for business planning and managing Star Energy’s financial matters. He serves as a board member of various Star Energy subsidiaries in Singapore, UK, Indonesia and Netherlands. He also has 20 years of experience in the finance industry, having worked with Nusantara Capital and Bahana Securities, and as an analyst with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, a securities arm of Deutsche Bank. He also worked in the property sector with Procon Indah/Jones Wootton.

GORDON YOUL
Head of Corporate Finance Solutions Asia Pacific, Barclays
Gordon is a managing director in debt origination at Barclays, based in Hong Kong, having joined the bank in 2007. He has executed numerous loan, debt and equity capital markets transactions and has worked on high profile offerings for leading Asian financial institutions, sovereigns, state owned enterprises and corporates. He is a qualified lawyer with more than 18 years’ legal and investment banking experience across all major Asia Pacific jurisdictions.
