EMEA: Kuwait - Az Zour fall out begins
The effects of not reading out the Kharafi/Mitsui Az Zour IWPP bid are now starting to be felt as the team makes representations on what happened. The GDF Suez team has the cheapest bid from Sunday’s ready out. The Kharafi team sent in its bid electronically and its tariff and share value bid numbers were contained in a CD in the bid envelope. It did not fill out the manually written Form Sheet 10. The Kharafi team says its bid passed the prequal stage and it was invited to the bid opening.
