Court lifts MPX injunction
A federal district court has lifted an injunction against the building of a coal-fired power plant owned by MPX Energia and Energias do Brasil. MPX said a third party filed a complaint with federal prosecutors in the state of Ceara in Brazil's northeast, where the Pecem I power plant is to be built.
