BBW seals wind deal
Babcock & Brown Wind Partners agreed with Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas SA to complete the sale of BBW's Spanish wind energy portfolio on January 8. As part of the agreement, an escrow deposit has been provided by FCC. All Spanish regulatory consents relating to the sale have been obtained and the sale contract is now unconditional. FCC will acquire 418MW of wind energy.
