AP P&M: Japan – New JBIC in April this year
A new Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) will officially be in place from April this year. This will be an independent organisation, separated from Japan Finance Corp. It however will not have a department dedicated to project finance that is similar to the pre-JFC days. Instead, the new organisation will have three main departments based on industries, namely, natural resources, infrastructure, and manufacturing finance departments.
