Americas: US - RFQ out on I-35
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking submissions from teams interested in entering into a design-build contract or a toll concession P3 on the I-35E managed lanes project from I-635 to US 380. The US$4.4bn project would rebuild the entire 28-mile corridor. Almost US$600m in funding has been identified, with most coming from US$535m in regional toll revenue funds dedicated to Denton County.
