A5 winner challenged
The Vinci/Strabag team, in which Hochtief retains a small stake, has prevailed in the tender for the A5, an A-model toll road that stretches 38.9km from Baden-Baden to Offenburg, triggering a challenge from Bilfinger Berger/John Laing/Johann Bunte. The tendering authority will decide next week whether to allow the challenge to proceed and grant Bilfinger access to tender documents for review.
