Jersey garage P3 report imminent

Scott Balice Strategies is expected to release its report this month on a potential P3 deal for New Jersey Transit’s commuter parking garages and other parking-related structures. A deal could be very large based on NJ Transit’s ties to 164 rail stations, 60 light rail stations and 64 bus park-and-rides and terminals.
